Current generated/available icons in public/icons/ are used by the manifest (180, 192, 512).

For a complete production icon matrix, add these exact bitmap sizes from a single master source:

• 72x72
• 96x96
• 128x128
• 144x144
• 152x152
• 167x167
• 256x256
• 384x384

Also add a true maskable icon asset with safe padding (recommended filename: icon-512-maskable.png).
